Terms of Use

By using ZiZi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use the app

You must be at least 16 years old. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Whose photos you may upload

Only your own. By uploading a photo you confirm that it shows you and that you have the right to use it. Uploading other people’s faces is prohibited — including photos of friends, public figures, and images found online.

You may not upload explicit, offensive or unlawful material, or use the app to mislead anyone — for example, to create images presented as genuine photographs of another person.

3. Credits and purchases

• One look costs one credit. Premium styles use a stronger model and cost two — this is shown on the style card before you start.
• Credits are sold as one-time packs through the built-in billing of whichever store the app was installed from: Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS. There is no subscription.
• If a look fails through our fault or does not pass moderation, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Refunds are issued by the store that processed the payment, under its own rules and applicable law. We cannot refund on their behalf, but we will help you sort it out.
• New accounts receive free credits. We may change their number and the conditions for granting them; attempts to obtain them repeatedly by circumventing these limits may lead to a block.

4. Generated results

Images are produced by a neural network and the outcome is not guaranteed: likeness, details and quality may differ from what you expect. You may use the generated images for personal purposes. We claim no rights to your original photos.

If you are unhappy with a result, the app has a report button — we review those reports.

5. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the service if these Terms are broken — in particular by uploading other people’s faces or prohibited material. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is blocked for a violation.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: technical failures and outages at AI providers are possible. We announce extended outages in the app.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the consequences of using generated images.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page and in the app; the effective date is stated at the top.

9. Additional terms for the App Store

This section applies only if you installed the app from the Apple App Store.

• These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple. We — not Apple — are responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Send any questions about the app to support@ziziapp.net.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation to you.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
