Delete your ZiZi account
Effective 19 August 2026
This page explains how to delete your account in the ZiZi: AI Photo Generator app and exactly what happens to your data. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open the ZiZi app and sign in.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
You are signed out as soon as the deletion completes. Any remaining credits are forfeited — they are not refundable and cannot be transferred.
Or ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in — you lost access to the Google account you signed up with, or you removed the app — write to support@ziziapp.net from the email address linked to your ZiZi account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days and normally much sooner. We may ask for something only the account owner would know, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identifiers (Google or Apple ID, email address, name, profile picture).
- Every selfie you uploaded to your AI Profile, both in the app and in our storage.
- Every generated look and your full generation history, including failed attempts.
- Your favourites, your activity history and your credit balance.
- Your push notification token.
All of the above is erased at the moment of deletion, not merely hidden.
What we keep, and for how long
- A record that this device already received free starter credits — a one-way device fingerprint, kept indefinitely. Without it, free credits could be claimed endlessly by deleting and recreating accounts. This record contains none of your photos and cannot be used to identify you or to restore your account.
- Payment and tax records, where the law requires us to retain them. These are held by Google Play, not by us; we keep only the transaction reference. Retention follows the applicable statutory period.
Deleting only your photos
If you want to keep your account and credits but remove the selfies you uploaded, use Reset AI Profile in the Profile tab instead. It deletes your uploaded photos and leaves everything else in place.
